What I Did
I worked with a large team to build this site. Having recently done other home page builds for other brands I was selected to focus on the home page for Filtrete. I was excited for this project and built several elements on the page to be responsive to language updates. For example if they wanted to translate the page to Spanish the 'boxes' of text on the page would scale according to the text/character size changes.
About the Site
Filtrete features many of the products that the Filtrete brand offers which include air filters, water filters, room air purifiers, and many more.
Things that make Filtrete different from other 3M sites are that it features a new form on the home page for users to sign up to either an email reminder or an email program. It also features one of the first (tabbed) social media feeds that 3M has. I also utilized CSS3 to achieve some of the shaded designs on several elements on the home page in order to make them scale with text updates.
